Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 245 g salted butter (melted)
- 155 g brown sugar
- 65 g granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 340 g all-purpose flour
- 75 g white chocolate chip
- 15 crushed golden oreo pieces
- 8 crushed golden oreo pieces for topping
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan. Line the pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted salted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar using a whisk until well mixed.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract) and salt until the mixture is well combined.
- Sift the all-purpose flour, and baking soda into the bowl. Using a spatula, gently fold in the ingredients until just combined.
- Add the white chocolate chips and crushed golden Oreo pieces to the batter, and fold them in with a spatula until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the greased and lined baking pan, spreading it out with a spatula. Sprinkle crushed golden Oreo pieces on top.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bars to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice the bars into individual servings and serve. Enjoy!!
